EXODUS Reformed Egyptian and Koine Greek

Something's coming that is outside my control, --Christian Bale as Moses
sample of Reformed Egyptian

One koine greek lesson I've learned from my pastor is that the Torah (Pentateuch) books (Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, Leviticus & Deuteronomy) are not Hebrew titles. They are Koine Greek. It's amazing to note that though the Torah is made of Hebrew manuscripts, it is the Greek titles that were used in english and the rest of Bible translations.

For example Exodus in koine is EΞΟΔΟΣ which means exit or departure. And speaking of Exodus, there is a new movie, that was released      a couple of days ago: EXODUS Gods and kings

Director Ridley Scott, while making that movie, consulted an expert, an egyptologist, Allan Lloyd to make the movie more realistic w/ regard to the Egyptian aspects of the movie.

And fortunately for me, I too was able to consult Mr.Lloyd regarding the language called
"reformed Egyptian".  And this was his reply to my email:

Thank you again Mr.Lloyd.

Apparently Mr.Lloyd has the politeness of a Mormon. "Deeply suspect" is the nicest thing we can say about it.

For those of you who don't speak Mormon, reformed Egyptian is the language found in golden plates which Joseph Smith translated into english to make the book of Mormons.

About 35 years ago, another Egyptologist had this to say about that magical language:

That's from page 248 of the book by Eric Davis, called House of faith House of cards.

Doodlings. The expert Mr.Baer was referring to the one and only sample of reformed Egyptian shown above.

Doodlings, that's what they are. Very unlike Koine greek.

Let me show you:

I would not dare say that Koine Greek is superior to the Hebrew. However, it is with ease and w/ pleasure that I say the reformed Egyptian is inferior to Koine greek.

VERIFIABILITY

If I say King Arthur existed and that I have found Excalibur but it was stolen from me by Merlin would you believe me? Where are the pictures of me holding the sword Excalibur? They were also deleted by Merlin from my phone. You are supposed to say "How convenient".

The same is true w/ Joseph Smith and the golden or "ore" plates. Since it remains unverifiable, it remains, as Mr.Lloyd puts it, a fantasy.

The ancient Hebrew and Koine greek manuscripts are not like that. For example, the Codex Vaticanus:

I stole that, er I mean I screenshot that from a presentation of Margaret Mitchell at the University of Chicago. Incidentally, that is where Klaus Baer is from. The Codex Vaticanus has been studied by several, different scolars for 200 years. The Vaticanus is not a doodling.

WHY NOW?

Well, a couple of weeks ago, Jana Riess, a Mormon, wrote an article:

According to Miss Reiss, only a handful of Mormons knew of the plurality of Smith's wives. So when the Mormon administration finally admitted (quite recently) that their founder had 40 wives, it came as a shock to them. She coined the scandal, "Polygamygate".

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, Reformed Egyptiagate.

The end.
